    Twenty years of experience working for large and multinational companies and an intense passion for co-marketing. Alberto's accuracy, combined with his strong-will, makes him a point of reference in his role as Marketing Director and Shareholder. He has been part of the team since 1997.

    Administrative Manager

    She has been with the Agency since its inception, and she has seen it grow and evolve over the years. Accurate and reliable in her work, conservative and a “creature of habit” in life, she can handle herself beautifully among invoices and financial statements, both with love and dedication.     Event Manager

    Twenty-five years of experience in organizing events made Marinella extremely skilled in organization and scheduling. Her calm personality and diplomatic attitude allow overcoming every challenge with peace of mind and optimism. She has been part of the team since 2014.

    Graduated in Communication Design at the Milan Polytechnic Institute, Gabriele is a passionate Art Director who loves his job and is always ready to learn more, grow professionally, and expand his knowledge. With an enthusiastic and extrovert personality, Gabriele knows how to find the perfect idea every time. He has been part of the team since 2008.

She has been part of the team since 1997.

    Secretary and Logistics Manager

    She is in charge of logistics and operations for every event and promotion. Her accuracy is infallible, and she has extraordinary organizational skills. Her warm and positive personality go hand-in-hand with her availability and kindness, which are key in any teamwork environment. She has been part of the team since 2004.

    Graduated in Graphic Design at the Italian Academy in Florence, passionate about everything related to Animation and multimedia, Antonello enjoys exploring new environments and trying new tools. His introverted and thoughtful personality is perfectly complementary to the spirit of the creative staff. He has been part of the team since 2012.

    Stefano's Degree in Forestry and Environmental Sciences ended up having little to do with his successful career. He contributes to the development of the Agency every day, bringing new knowledge and carefully handling every detail for maximum client satisfaction. He has been part of the team since 2008.

    With a Degree in Creativity and Communication Design from the Iusve of Venice, Daisy has excellent design, graphic design, and creative skills. Shy and reserved, she has the knowledge and competence to fit right in, and she is a valuable resource of the creative team. She has been part of the team since 2017.

    Account Assistant

    With a Degree in Languages and Marketing, after acquiring several years of experience working for a major farmaceutical company, Veronica decided to bet everything on a radical change of career, joining with enthusiasm the creative world of co-marketing and sales promotion. She works on every project with accuracy and dedication. She has been part of the team since 2019.

    With a Degree in Economics, Cultural Heritage and Performing Arts Management from the Catholic University of Milan, Diletta handles events management with her lively personality. Curious and tirelessly passionate about art, she always adds that extra touch of beauty to every project. She has been part of the team since 2019.

    Web and IT Manager

    Always available, accurate, and professional, Stefano manages web and information technology with extensive knowledge, supporting every project from a programmer's point of view. He translates ideas into Tech and IT solutions, playing a fundamental role within the Agency.

  • Silvia Camanni

    In Action Training Manager

    Silvia started her career as a Sales Manager for multinational companies acquiring extensive skills in corporate organization. She specialized as a Consultant for Corporate Sales and Retail, and in 2012 she graduated as a Business Coach. She coordinates a team of 12 consultants, managing organizational consulting, management training, and soft skill and coaching development. In 2018, she joined forces with In Action to create In Action Training, becoming the Strategic and Organizational Development Manager of the new Department.

  • Comunicarlo

    Agency that deals with strategy and digital reputation management for brands, artists, editorial groups and wine companies through SAPER Comunicarlo business unit. With over fifteen years experience in this field, he is also In Action consultant for digital marketing.
